Please note that we do not offer refunds on completed work. However, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction.
If you experience any issues with our work, we will come out right away to address and resolve the problem. Our priority is to make things right and ensure the job is done to your satisfaction.
Platinum Roofing & Property Maintenance provides roofing and property maintenance services to residential and commercial customers across The North West, including Manchester, Liverpool, and surrounding areas.
All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may be subject to change upon survey if additional work is required.
Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before commencement of work. A deposit may be required for larger projects.
Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access to the property for our team to carry out the work safely and efficiently.
Any variations to the agreed scope of work must be agreed upon in writing before proceeding. Additional costs may apply for extra work.
